Spinach Dip

Ingredients List:


1 10 oz. package frozen Spinach (chopped)

1/2 cup finely chopped Onion (or minced)

1/2 cup real Mayonnaise (no miracle whip)

1/2 cup of Minced Parsley

1 teaspoon Salt

1/8 teaspoon Pepper


 

Cookware or Tools Needed:


Bowl


 

Instructions:

  1. Thaw and drain Spinach.
    1. May need to let frozen Spinach sit in fridge for day or so to thaw.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Done.

 

Serving Instructions:

Serve in round loaf of bread, tear center from loaf, and pull pieces apart, to use to dip with.

 

Notes:

If using dehydrated parsley only use 1/4 cup.
